Music Missionary provides free instruments to youth so that they can grow in faith and music. We believe that empowering young artists with the tools they need to develop their musical talent is a direct way to foster their journey toward God, turning practice into prayer and melodies into a mission.
Eligibility

Our program is open to all youth desiring an instrument of their choice in order to realize their musical aspirations.

Applicants must make a promise to learn to play one Christian classic.

Applicants must provide a consent form signed by their parent or guardian and include validation by a member of the clergy of any church from any denomination. Validating members may include an officially ordained or recognized spiritual leader within a religious organization.
Music Missionary Youth Promise
I want to be accepted into Music Missionaries make one promise for one free instrument outreach. I promise when I receive my instrument I will learn to play one of the following Christian Classic anthems or my favorite Hymn:
Jesus Loves Me - Amazing Grace - What A Friend We Have In Jesus - The Old Rugged Cross
or my favorite Hymn.
I also understand that to be considered for acceptance I must have a consent form signed by my parents, or legal guardian, including an affirmation by a clergyman of any denomination. By my signature below I attest that all information is correct.

Parental Consent Form
Upon submission of the above Youth Promise Form you will be able to print the required Parental Consent form. Submit this form via email or USPS and we will respond with an approval tracking number so that you can check the status of your chosen instrument's delivery.
